Your viewing visit should be an exciting and pleasant experience. The length
of the viewing visit is determined by yourself – and how long you stay
out with us is again, your choice. We do not dictate that you must arrive or
leave on a specific date. If you wish, we can arrange your accommodation, and
meet you at Murcia (San Javier) airport, but there is no obligation to do this.
Alternatively, you may decide to visit the area and just call us to view a specific
property – the choice is yours. Our goal is to ensure that however long

What to expect on a viewing visit
As each visit is different because it is based on the precise and individual
needs of the client we do not have a set itinerary. However, below
we give you an idea of how a Dream Spain viewing visit works.
Your arrival
When you arrive you may wish to have a couple of days to relax, or you may wish
to get straight into the property hunting – you decide! We will
organise a meeting time and place to suit you. If you have asked us to
arrange accommodation we can meet you at Murcia (San Javier) airport and show
you to your accommodation.
Starting your viewing visit
Before we start looking at properties we will take the time to
have a chat and reconfirm your requirements. We can agree
our plans for your viewing visit and discuss any further questions
you may have
Getting to know the area
Getting a feel for this area is very important, so we can begin
the visit by a tour of specific places of interest you’d
like to see. We explore the area in a comfortable air
conditioned vehicle and take things at your pace. If you
already know where you’d like to start looking we can begin
viewing properties straight away.
Properties
We generally find that viewing a maximum of 4 properties or developments
in a day is considered optimum by our clients as there is a lot
to take in! If you have a camera you will find taking pictures
at each site helpful so that you can remember specific points
when you discuss them later in the day.
We work out your property viewing schedule carefully and will
adapt it following your feedback. We are committed
to showing you only the best properties which meet your requirements – we
do not waste your time showing unsuitable properties.
Narrowing the choice
Discussing thoroughly the aspects of the properties you have viewed
is a very important step and you may wish to do this with us
or in private. We can arrange second viewings as needed
and are always available to answer any more questions or obtain
any further information you need.
Finance and Legal
When you buy a property in Spain you need a Spanish bank account
and you may also wish to have a private discussion about financing
options in Spain. We can introduce you to the leading
banks in Spain and help you find the right banking options.
With any sale we always recommend you use the services of a Spanish
lawyer and while you are in Spain it is a good idea to discuss
the legalities of buying your property in the Murcia region. We
are happy to introduce you to a highly respected and Independent
local lawyer or equally you may wish to set up a meeting with your
own lawyer.
Your Spanish property
We usually recommend you spend at least three days viewing properties
so that you have the opportunity to see the widest choice possible.
We’re happy to spend as much time as you need until you
feel ready to make a fully informed decision. If that decision
is to go ahead and buy, you can put a holding deposit down to
take the property off the market (for this reason it is useful
if you bring a credit card along or a banker’s draft for
£2000 pounds).
Remember we guarantee that there will be no sales pressure at
any time during your viewing visit. If we do feel that a particular
property is going to sell quickly, we will let you know but we
will only recommend you make a reservation if you are ready to
do so.
