Finding and paying for your property in Spain is just the
first step on the road to owning your Spanish property. You
need to open a Spanish bank account so that you can pay bills,
decide how you are going to furnish your property and possibly
wonder how to get the best rental return. If you’ve
purchased off-plan you will be keen to know how your property
is progressing; if you’ve purchased a resale property
you may have questions about the area, where to buy extra things
for your home, or who to speak to for translation services.
At Dream Spain we do not believe that our job is purely to introduce
you to a builder. We feel that our after sales service
is just as important - and we refuse to charge for a service
we think you are entitled to. Therefore as part of our
service we will help you with opening bank accounts, finding
furniture, fixtures and fittings, advice on living and working
in the area. We will provide you with updates as the building
progresses and if we hear any local news that may be of interest
we will pass it on. After your sale is completed
we are always available for advice as you go about the process
