New Island Properties
In response to the popularity of the island properties at Condado de Alhama new island properties have been released only 15 mins from the Mar Menor and Murcia Airport - an ideal location and a perfect setting.
These apartments will be on the Terrazas de La Torre resort which benefits from being so close to the other established Polaris World resorts.
In the middle of the central lake which covers over 60,000 m2, two islands have been created which will be known from now on as Las Islas de Las Terrazas de La Torre. Both islands have the same characteristics, are at the heart of the Resort and offer the same style properties as La Isla del Condado.
Each island has a path running around it which provides a pleasant walk for residents and leads them to the island’s swimming pool. These island pools are infinity pools only slightly raised above ground level and offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.

As with in La Isla del Condado, the stepped architectural design of the terracotta colour properties will afford residents the very best views, no matter what floor they are on. The ground floor properties will have their own private garden which, in some cases, will measure over 70 m2.
