GREAT NEWS for INVESTORS - Change To Spanish Tax Laws

It is refreshing to see a change in the Spanish Tax Laws which helps people looking to invest in Spanish Property.
British buyers that are resident outside Spain used to be charged capital-gains tax (CGT) at a rate of 35% when they sold their property. However changes to the Spanish Tax law has reduced the CGT for non-residents to 18% when they sell property in Spain.
This is great news for investors to the Murcia region, who can now enjoy the great property prices the region has to offer and a lower rate of tax when they decide to sell their property.
There are some good investment opportunities available at the moment and the option to obtain properties with 80% - 100% mortgages - contact us for the latest details.
