El Mirador de Sucina - Price Change
As we predicted, this development El Mirador de Sucina, is proving extremely popular, with 40 reservations being held on the development which was only launched a few weeks ago. Due to the popularity of these apartments, the builder has now decided to include the car parking space in the price of the apartment, previously this was an optional extra. To reflect this change, the starting price of the apartments has now increased to 110.200 Euros. This remains exceptional value for apartments which include a communal pool, pre-installation of air conditioning, white goods, lift access and now a private parking space.
